I think we all get to that stage where we are refining our work- any new work , don’t put up with dog crap etc . But I wouldn’t say paying by bacs is difficult unless you’ve msde it difficult for yourself by not telling the customer to put their address as reference. As for personalities of the customers- I couldn’t really care as I don’t really stop for a chat that much and the majority of my customers are at work when I arrive. But , with those principles I bet his round is awesome

If he has it right it has it right becaus if the type of work he cleans, certain stuff it would be impossible to carry on like this dictating schedules the height he goes to etc. Ok he wants to work like that but forget getting the really good paying domestics you have to bend over every now and again and take one for the team.

Far too many window cleaner are intimidated by there customers. Why should high-end customers be any different to anyone else they all pay the same for their service. We don`t need to go cap in hand to any customer.Treat them politely and expect the same in return. A customer only run over you when they sense you are subservient.

I like the principle that Green Pro thinks about and sets out his stall and is happy with how it works for him.

I might not set my stall out exactly the same but if you don't have a few "red lines" then customers will be the tail that wags the dog.
It's a game of three halves!

I make the guy 100% spot on. I didn't think he was arrogant or aggresive at all, just very focused and clear on what he wants, what he will do and what he expects.
The things he won't be doing is posting stupid photographs of messy gardens that he doesn't like doing and complaining about customers who owe him for a few months clean.  I'd say he has it right.

I wouldn't say it was arrogant, I would say it is a guy that is fed up with pi55 take customers and is no longer willing to put up with it.

theres always one bell on here who wants to derail the topic.

Adam g.griffin is a legend of CIU and I reckon he s lost his way...he should of been a comedian rather than a window cleaner...he s a top bloke.....and a funny one at that....chill.... ;D

Lost his way? Lost his marbles is more like it....
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?
