What things do you guys do to help maximise  your days on the glass to help earn top money and make the most of the hours you work?

I listen to audio books, which makes work pleasurable instead of a pain in the arse.

The chief one window cleaners have done in recent years is go van-mounted WFP.  It's a lot quicker than ladders.

Agree.  Audio books or podcasts for me.  I like to alternate.

common sense and years and years of refining my work/prices etc.

using the best equipment i can afford and being organised with work schedules.

round software, electronic payments and van mounted wfp has made this job easy IMO.
price higher/work harder!

I count how many times my brush goes side to side and up and down. I don’t over do it so I can start again on the next window

Get great prices from the start and not need to do as many houses in a day to have to worry about it.

Use the toilet and eat/drink only when at home. Set an answer machine for fone. Just do direct debit. Only work within a short radius of base (home). Speak as little as is practical to do so (or not do).

Get a Bluetooth earpiece so you don’t need to stop to answer calls

One of the best things I did years ago was that but I kept loosing the ear piece ones and now opt for the blue tooth earphones
