Was they like that before you started cleaning them?
Been cleaning them since 2013. They weren't but over the years they have slowly got worse and worse.
In my opinion the age of the windows is probably a factor, which in combination with uv rays has led to adhesive de-laminating from the foil/laminate veneer.
There's nothing that can be done to remedy those frames now as far as I'm aware.
However WFP won't be helping either if you are scrubbing those frames with a brush.
I've got a customer with similar frames that I have been cleaning for around 6 years, they were starting to show some signs of de-laminating in small areas when I first took them on.
I just rinse over the frames and never use the brush to scrub them and to be honest in 6 years they have not really got any worse.
So my advice would be to treat them carefully when cleaning them, so you won't be making them any worse and at least you won't get any accusations thrown in your direction.
