1st Day New Employee
« on: September 26, 2017, 05:21:27 pm »
So today was my first day with new Employee working full time as i have mentioned because of health i can't really work at the moment.  I spent the whole day watching over him, he was a bit inconsistent at times, but i corrected where necessary and by the end of the day he was getting faster and more accurate.  All in all was pretty good, still managed to do about 3/4 of a full days worth of work, and it's only his first day.  (He has used WFP before, but only in big commercial jobs/builders cleans, never done domestic)

Hopefully things will work out with him!  8) 8)

Yes PAYE, in the process of being setup with my accountant.  With a contract, which we will sign next week for his official work start date.
