Just had a phone call for a residential property in London. She said

‘I don’t want any jokers and I want to be able to look you in the eye. You turn up, do the work and disappear’.

Rightie oh, sweetheart.  ;D

Couple of years ago i got a phone call from an irish lady (sounded a bit of a character in a nice way), very polite asking for a price for cleaning a large main house that also had a fairly large granny annex with it. After she explained and waffled on a bit at what she was after,I suggested to her it would be best if i came round to have a look  and give her a quote as it would be hard to give an accurate price over the phone which she agreed. I said to her it would be a fair price she replied with "I know you will love else i'll shoot ya"  i still clean her windows now and probably one of my best customers i have.
