Gutter job

Anyone had a gutter cleaning job like this?

I would empty the gutters show them the pictures you have taken and suggest they get a good builder in to sort all the water ingress issues , very good pictures to show the customer by the way

I've seen worse and in  20 years you have been doing the job I'm sure you have too.
That is a good example why you should do a site survey instead of just giving a quote over the phone. ;)

A bit of topic but I notice you have a freephone 0800 number Matt.
Does this divert to your mobile or do you use a separate phone and what sort of costs are 0800 numbers a month?

Which is why I stopped gutter cleaning. Different ball game, harder work, higher insurance, ladders? No thanks! I'm too old for that malarky.

Window cleaning is easy peasy and much safer.

A tenner a month. I also have a London based number which is also a tenner a month. There's a certain  amount of free minutes per month then a charge per minute. I won't ever be going over the limit though.
