I have the pro35 and a host with 5 sets of brushes and the host is far superior see thread on agitation.

I have the host reliant and it's second hand and the only issue I have is a loose wire in the flex which I need to replace other that that it's faultless

I've had my host reliant for  over 4 years now, something blew in it about 18 months ago host collected it repaired it and returned it in 3 days excellent service. It's a great machine which tackles every job I throw at it. Highly recommend it.

Use mine on most jobs, I offer dry, low moisture and hwe cleans, I advise customers which clean would be best for their situation. The host using encap will do just as good a job as hwe, I always have hwe machine with me as a situation can arise anytime.

Compare like a Henry to a VAX 

I think its all about quality of the Machine and the way its made that's why the price is more than others on the market 

Not saying the TM 3 / TM 4 is rubbish but we all got different views about certain machines on the Market and what they can do

i think the brand name and the design of the machine says it all 

Price does reflect why you get what you pay for in the end 

Looking at the reviews what people say that does say it all in my opion

  I  have a competitor im my area wich scared me  . A company which invested in the complete package (host reliant). They  appeared on Facebook and posted lots of images with corporate clients. They started to use de Host this year and I've start looking for info  on the system. Also checked those posts on the notebook instead of phone and...    Nice tools, they have the big one Liberator (I think it's called), agitator,a BIG size 20kg dry compound and yellow, everything I've seen on the Host website. But the rezults are NOT great compare to classic aproach (vac,agitate,extract). On the small display of the phone seems that the rezults are great, but on a big screean, not so much

Maybe it's the lack of experience from the operators, but they use the host system on every carpet, wich I think it's not good. On the light soils and mantainance cleaning might be good but not on everything. So, for now it's all good for me, they cannot take my clients but in the future, who knows ?
