« on: December 14, 2016, 02:45:28 pm »
working on two large rugs at home on the drive way, not too bad bit of a doggy urine smell to sort out, but at least weather is good today considering its two weeks until santa bring me a truckmount...(well, ive written him a letter?),   i reckon next year in november/december im not taking any rug bookings, probably not any upholstery either, pleanty of carpets to sort out, which i much prefer.. anybody else do this???

Upholstery is fine but unless you have a plant and or a drying room then drying is always an issue this time of year.

Is there anyone near you that has a plant,  they may well give you a wholesale rate and you can charge more on top.

Don't get many rug jobs on their own mainly as part of a bigger clean.
People won't pay the price of a rug clean for a £90 rug usually.
In the summer months I get them to bring them to my house if they want a cheaper rate.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.
