Difficult to tell with the pictures the way they are, all arse about face etc. Being that its probably not been cleaned in a while and it looks like they’ll want a halfway decent job Id allow a couple of weeks for one person for that place. You’ll do it once, check it and realise its covered in runs to the point where you need to go back and re-do it. Those horizontal beams between each layer of glass are atrocious for holding dirt which spoils the clean once they’ve dripped off.

2 weeks work?really?

i know you clean jobs like these matt(i dont!)so you ll have a much better idea than me but 2 weeks seems an insane amount of time to clean these windows.
price higher/work harder!

I’d like to think it reality it would be knocked out in 8 man days, that would be a good job, with minimal runs. I’d be looking at £2.5K - £3K for that.

You won’t be doing anything else for a few days afterwards, your neck will be turning tricks as will your shoulders and upper back.

Two days Daz? You wont be getting asked to clean it again next time, but will be going back to sort it out before payment is processed.

My impression is that they want the panels between the windows cleaned as well.

Would probably work out easier if you did anyway.

2.5 - 3K. Same as Black Sladder.

Using extreme poles that's never 5 man days, ye it may be a pain with runs but u would just run along 1 row of glass cleaning all the frame below an then back again doing the same, u would have to wash all the frames with this job anyway. If required just hit sections were needed.

I to would get the pic down, I have posted pics of jobs on here an all of a sudden the contracts manager has said to me, we r getting bombarded with calls regarding the window cleaning ......

If u have the man power u could batter it, say u an 3 guys would do it in 2 days price it at cost plus £1000.
but if ur on ya own I would go around £1500 - £1800 that be a decent pay check for a weeks work an worse case u run into sat morn, still good money.

On the big section I would run 2 poles, first one just ahead of the second but a floor higher, and just run from end to end, after the top row the higher of the 2 poles is just giving it a second blast which will help with runs

Assuming there's an outside tap I'd do the whole of the building with tap water, then go back and rinse the windows with pure.

If that was the case why not just use an onsite demand system instead at full flow?

Because a fully opened tap will rinse quicker and more thoroughly than any system.

That's what all poles used to be like the good old tucker pole.  ;D ;D
