First floor cleaner

After some advice what is the best starter level hard floor cleaner.
Looking for something  that will scrub and Polish most floors

i read that as you were asking best machine not best chemical. anyway i bought a rocky as my first machine because it will do most jobs,  i even use it for encapping. Some people will tell you to buy a tilemaster which i have got and do use but it can't do what a rocky can and i would only buy one as an extra tool for hard floor cleaning not as a main machine.
