Pricing do you base on windows or time.... base residential on windows but would like too know as large job but not easy too achieve quick cleans as nature of windows

Put a price in that you are happy with, considering, access, time taken and any 'feel' you have about the company concerned
With experience you get a vibe about commercial jobs

Risk Assessment and Method Statement.
Commercials often make a big thing about them but anybody rarely looks at them let alone read them. It's just an a**e covering exercise.
There's a thread a few lines down with a template in one of the posts.
