Extreme 47 with extensions.

For our higher work we use the Xtreme 47 with all it's extra sections and a 10 section SL2

If looked after both these poles will last you years. If you can afford it and want to spend the money then try the Ultimate. I'm certainly going to consider it when a replacement is needed, but wont be buying it without asking Gardiners if I can pay them a visit to look at and handle the pole. If I'm spending that kind of money I will want to be sure it's a much better alternative to the two poles were using at the moment.

How do modular s compare to telescopic

I find the SL2 is far lighter than the 47 Xtreme and much more rigid with very little bend when cleaning high level windows for longer periods or even cleaning windows on an angle they make working much easier. Some people say they take longer to set up etc but with practice they can be set up and put away in minutes, sections can get stuck but this rarely happens now the pole is worn in and if you work in pairs stuck sections can usually be freed quite quickly.  Can be good to use on UPVC cleaning also as the lightness and rigidity help fight fatigue. The telescopic is great also and gets used at varying heights and short duration work of up to a couple of hours.

I like Modular for that height. The best modular pole i have ever had/used is the  Modulite from cleaning spot. Simply the lightest pole i have ever used also its less than a grand all in! A shame someone stole it from me.

Extreme 47 with 13 ft triple extention from gardiners will set u back around 1400 new

This works fantastic, better than 2 or 3 of the single high modulars with 47 at 60ft

47 plus 2  singles plus triple gives u 70, this is workable but starts to dip

I have some windows that are just over 80 ft but am unsure if it's practical to go any higher

I've got a streamline eco lite 60ft pole ,at the moment, the job I use it on takes about 4 hours
And it kills me,would I be better off with extreme 47 with triple pack or 57 modular with 1 ext
Thanks dale
