Hi guys

I have a Vito LWB sport. I carry 650 litres every day and all my carpet cleaning gear and chems. Air flex turbo fans, 75' hose etc.

My tyres are inflated to 43psi but also look like there girl no flat.

Do you think there enough in them?

I've looked at manufacturers guide and 43 is about right fir a full load, but I think I need more.

Whats the payload for van and hows the rear suspension??
I would go sith manufacturing recommendations

I would of thought it's more then 43 psi.
My dispatch tyres are pumped to 3.8 bar (55 psi) on a full load.
Are they commercial tyres?
My last van ( pug expert) only had standard tyres which were pumped to around 43 psi.

should be another figure for fully loaded, probably on your fuel cap or inside the drivers door.

it tells you the tyre pressure for loaded and unloaded, inside the fuel flap.

Your tyres are under inflated and your van is overloaded.

Van is Defoe not overloaded.

Just spoke with Rygor.

They advised me to inflate to 48 psi.

My info on van filling flat says 44.

Usually there is a maximum tyre pressure somewhere on the side wall of tyre. My Citroen Relay is also 60psi.

My max tyre pressure says 50 psi

48 - 50 psi is the max you've got.

remember though if your tyres are all  on max pressure they lose grip on the road very easily when the road is wet.
