Need a new pole
« on: November 01, 2016, 12:40:48 pm »
Hey guys I have just taken a load of 3 stories  jobs and need a new pole. I was looking at buying the gardiner slx 25, but before I go ahead and buy it I wanted to check to see if that is a pole you would use or whether you would recommend a taller pole.

Thanks

Slx 25 is ideal for 3 storey work unless it's Victorian or Georgian buildings then due to their extra height I'd go slx 30 so you don't have to stretch

Gardiner's do a 27 footer now which is shorter when closed than the 25 as it uses shorter sections. Might be worth a look. Slightly easier to use at ground level when working in restricted space.

They now do a slx27 it has a shorter collapsed length than a 25 or 30 and gives you a working height of around 31ft this should cover pretty much all 3 storey work.
I have just got one there not to bad if you like the slx range you can't go really go wrong with one .
if you have the money and the need the extreme is a lot better in my opinion.
