To be pedantic guttering can be made of a number of different materials not just plastic including concrete (flintlock), Asbestos, cast iron, stainless/galvanised steel, aluminium, and even wood too but is very rare in our neck of the woods to see wooden guttering all the same. That goes for cladding and fascias too but I’ve yet to see cladding made of cast iron
