Good Morning Mr Chalk,

Thank you for taking the time to post your request. Kindly contact us directly on 01223 790049 to resolve this.

One of our office staff spoke to you at 11.05am today with regard to the chasing up the delayed delivery of your pole. As discussed with you previously, we have had a delay with our delivery of poles. My colleague, Oliver, tried to call you at 11.42am in return to your call to confirm the pole would be with you Monday / Tuesday of next week and a tracking code will be given to you.

We appreciate this has been frustrating awaiting delivery of the pole as part of your system purchase, but we have tried to keep you informed as best as we can.

We would be very grateful if you could return our call today so we can resolve the issue for you.

First off look and you'll see I haven't just open account to slag  a company off.
Secondly i think the systems they sell are real quality one of the best at this present time.
All I'm going to say is when buying a system to DIY fit allow 2 days to fit and another 5 days to sort all the problems out.

Thank you for your feedback - we appreciate your comment regarding the quality of the system.

Could you please call us to resolve the aforementioned issue on 01223 790049?

We do recommend all of our systems being installed professionally by our team of engineers which are a 1 -2 day installation. However on DIY installations, this can take a little longer.

We look forward to speaking to you directly.

Must be a nightmare dealing with window cleaners - they're as thick as two short planks!

Two days to fit their system ? It  would take me this long to walk to their place and drag all back and fit.

On a serious note most of it can be fitted in one day easily.  It took me 4.5 hours to fit a tank in my vivaro  with all new  pipework and wiring.

If you give them a chance they will always deliver.
