An apology to Window Cleaning Warehouse
« on: September 12, 2016, 04:21:47 pm »
Over the weekend I emailed WCW asking them to price match an item another company also sells.
I wrote the mail to Stephen and said if he could price match i would obviously still take the mickey out of him on here, however I used a different word.
As the mail went to the sales department the joke was lost.
So I apologise if it caused offence.

The email after a curt one liner, said they would refer it to the directors. ( the price match!)
I have ordered from the cheaper place now in case the directors got cross and swore lol

Eh? Why apologise on here?

You may have offended someone in their office not on here. Email them an apology.
