I think the cleaner is Craig from Doncaster he usually frequents on fb, his selling point is being cheap and uses fb to advertise through networking and using people to recommend him imo Facebook is made for him and he's successful for it.

seems to be making it work for him, there must be some profit in it. like you say he will get a  lot of referals with his prices
