I know I'm a bit slow but I've never been able to clear guttering & downspouts even on the smallest house in 15 mins properly including travel time, setup/packing away. It takes me more like an hour if not longer depending what methods I choose to use and how badly blocked they are. I may also point out I don't just turn up and pretend to clear guttering after a gutter cam survey beforehand whilst on a quote either if it does not need doing unlike some rogues.
