Steve - whereabouts in Birmingham was it?

I am in Tamworth - not far away.

Do you mean they saw your post and called you from that?

They saw the post on here I presume, he called the  landline and asked for Mr Parkin, he said he had looked at the prices they are going for on ebay and asked for £350.00 to get rid quick as he had paid about that, don't know if he nicked it bought it or was trying to scam money, wanted money sent and said he would arrange for me to get it back, I got the phone call as soon as the details where posted on here.
the machine was stolen from Harborne

Steve.
if you have the number he called from then just let the police have it.
If your son is stuck and had booked appointments then he can have my portable to borrow and he can pick it up tomorrow morning - I'm in Sutton Coldfield if that would help. 0798 544 6260
Starts at the bottom likes it and stays there

Steve - phone the police about the phone call

There is no anonymity on calls nowadays - people think they can withhold the number and thats fine, but its easily traced if you know the time.

Give them a call or maybe even your landline provider - i bet its traceable. On this link it looks like if you are with BT they can help -

Police where contacted straight away, no money paid or sent to the F-in tw^t, he did not give any details , I told him I wanted to see the machine and I would pay cash, he wasn't up for that surprise surprise, it was him that nicked it, he new details not given out, I would rather lose a machine than give in to a scanky idiot,
