Comments: Continuing with my move to commercial only we have the following compact residential round for sale. 27 customers (24 monthly / 3 bimonthly) Totals £3108 per year £250 / £268 per month
Mainly small 3 bed semis but small pensioner bungalows as well. Very compact with 19 jobs on 3 adjacent roads, other jobs within half mile radius in blocks of 3 and 4 with 1 house on the way to the second area.
All done WFP and earns approx £35 an hour.
Most pay on day or the neighbour pays if their out -absolutely no collecting. All customers bar 1 recent new job been cleaned by me since early 2010.
As some of customers are old a few of them like a short call the evening before, no gate climbing, no tricky house, no messers or bad payers, a nice easy round with nice easy decent customers – very rare this type of work comes up for sale.
Work takes me 1 day to complete on my own. Quality work so not cheap and price not negotiable. No renting or stage payments.
Will show any potential buyers the general area and when paid in full by cash or bank transfer I will introduce you to every single customer and if required will work the round once with you but so easy probably won’t be needed.
