Hi Steve,

Just wondering when you might be coming to clean the windows next? They haven't been done since December and are showing it, or have you stopped operating?

Kind regards,

Andreen

Hi there,

They were cleaned on 17th February but the next time we came on 12th April we couldn’t access. Were you having some work done? They are next due on or about 10th June.

Best regards,

Steve Seddon

Hi,

I couldn't have marked it on the calendar in February.  Maybe the porch was being done in April?  But that only took five days, if you'd asked the carpenter he would have been able to tell you how long he'd be here.

I don't understand why there's no communication, I thought that you had my mobile number - 07000000002.  If you send me a text the day before you're next due I'll unlock the side gate.

Hello again,

It’s an 8 weekly service so we clean the houses on the same road/area on the same day. If for any reason we can’t access we just skip until the next clean as generally it’s uneconomic to return for one house.

I will put you down to receive a text the day before for future cleans.

Regards,

Hi Steve,

I hadn't realised that you were so busy, so I think it would be best if I just get someone else to clean them, four months is just too long to live with dirty windows.

Regards,

Andreen

What an unpleasant sarcastic response. In point of fact when I first cleaned your windows they were filthy so you had lived with them substantially longer that four months then.

He asked you to text him the day before so he could unlock the gate. Why would you be going back for just his?

I would of said "thanks for your custom have a nice day"  ;D I'd get more pleasure knowing that the customer knew I couldn't give a toss at losing their house  ;)

If i cant access i put a note through saying that ive done front only or skipped

at least that way she would have known what was going on rather than thinking you had just not turned up for 4 months

That sounds like trouble.
