Travertine Floor?
« on: June 24, 2016, 12:26:00 pm »
Hi Everyone,
I completed a hard floor course last year and up to now have been cleaning mainly slate floors with the odd wooden one in between.
I am very much a novice who is gaining more experience with each clean.
Please can the more experienced among you confirm that the floor I have been to see today is indeed TRAVERTINE? as I am yet to clean one like this.
It has been down for many years and is actually in very good condition both the tiles and grouting with no damage.
Am I able to seal this floor after giving it a good scrub
Kind Regards,
Rich.
clean?

Looks like Ceramic Tile to me.

Pre wet the floor
Deep clean with PSRP Xtreme HDT&G Cleaner and allow to dwell
Agitate and extract
Rinse and extract again
Allow to dry thoroughly
Then seal with Miracle 511 Impregnator
