SeaGrass

Went to quote a property this morning....What a nightmare! :o

Sea-grass in 9/10 rooms and every room had dog Sh*t and p*ss all over the carpets. Extremely soiled, can't believe how people let carpets get so bad!

Should I even bother to price this one up or walk away?

I'd walk away from that one Tom. That stuff shrinks at best of times never mind  all the stains. I can't see why people would even buy a floor covering made of that stuff and similar

I can't see why people would leave dog poo to dry on the carpet.

I made a school boy error today by touching a stain which looked like burnt carpet, turned out to be dog poo.

Had to drive home and scrub my hands.

I doubt they had the Sea Grass installed probably inherited, doubt very much that anyone who went to the expense of having Sea grass would treat it is such a manner the vast majority of people who install it tend to take care of it as they know its cleaning limitations.

In this instance these people are obviously filth merchants and probably mentally unstable in one form or another, anyone who leaves mess like this lying around cannot be right in the head......clearly you need to refuse it, it's up to you if decide to give the reasons why,
