I've picked up a job to clean a customers external walls for a decent price. I've been told that sodium hypochlorite is the thing to use. Unsure of how much to use, mix it with water and how to apply. I'm guessing it's pretty potent too!
Does anyone have any experience in using it?

dont listen to smurf lol he a virgina    use neet hypo in a garden pump strayer  spray every thing and walk away dont wash it off same day next day if u r concurned come back and hose it all down but its not nessery also make shore its a dry day when u spray as u will get a beta job also make shore no pets are guna be near it for 12 hours from applacashion as it can harm them were eye protecion if its windy and a face mask again if ur consurned about skin contact were rubber gloves and a long sleve jumper

When i said no experience, I meant with hypo.
The Kings comment above is exactly why I have not tried it. ( not questioning it just the h&s of it where I work would be a concern as I could not guarantee the safety of pets, cats etc. )
I have though, used a general outdoor cleaner diluted in my backpack to wash down a customers walls prior to estate agent viewings with sufficient success ( painted walls with algae stains ). I used swarfega outside general cleaner from toolstation ( about a tenner for 5 liters ) and after applying and scrubbing just rinsed with clean water ( even outside tap ) after 10 mins - numark fan jets are good for this.

Sodium Percarbonate is a lot safer to use. Plants and pets will be fine and so will your throat

That is exactly why it's called YEHAA! because of cowboys using it like that. Spraying 10% red label hypo will kill everying in it's paths for sure including pets if ingested (trying to clean their painful paws).
Spraying neat 14-15% yehaa will make a quicker job of it too....YEHAA!
