Actually that is a pre clean photo as there is a ripple in the rug that I wanted. To picture to cover myself no CB the post cleanphoto  would be just the same look or better.

If that's a before picture then, the colour difference is pile movement/ shading.
Customer just needs educating on this.

The rugs look as though they are polypropylene. They should clean up well, although there is pile distortion on the one in the picture which would give the impression of dullness. Also if they are polyprop then you would have a hard job removing colour or making them lighter. However CB could be a culprit because of the jute wefts. However that said it should be easy to remove with a decent fibre rinse or a debrowner.
