Done a full house of these today. Did all the tests etc and were fine to HWE (with the help of John Kelly...top man).....
Bit disapointed with results as they didn't look much different although the waste water was black.....
Is this unusual?

Did you agitate prespray? We usually get good results but we had one the other day that I didn't think results were great, customer still very happy and I suppose that's all that matters

Steven you often get wow results on these old carpets, however the carpets you did were rather dull to start with so removing the dirt is really all you can expect. They are clean which is the important bit.
