Hi guys, have been approached about purchasing some kit, and would be goood to get some ideas re price. I want to be fair to me and them, so some independent thought would be helpful.
1.2007 merc vito 85k average condition with hydramaster Spitfire T/M with 2,500 hrs on it regularly maintained. hose reels with 3 lenghths each of hose and water feed, wand, stair tool, drymaster uph tool.
2.Texatherm sysytm, 6years old with 15 pads and small amount chems.
3.old sebo vac working.
4.smallHenry wet vac.
5.5yr old porty cleanmaster raptor
Prices per lot would be helpfull, all gear working ,used but not abused, no gaurantees!

Don't know how much it's worth buy i've got a full setup for sale in the for sale section. Maxx 450d water cooled TM in a Fuat Ducato Maxi, a Ninja with hoses and rain cover etc for £7500.

Have a look at the pictures.

If you're serious we can work a good price.

with respect markets always decide price if its one person then its just down to the seller to decide an asking price and the buyer to decide if it worth it but if its more it gets interesting as if what your selling is in short supply then its highest bidder.   

A great example was i sold a TM many years ago with van for 5K mike on here commented that I was ripping the guy off but it had that much value to the buyer I was cleanly not ripping off the buyer, as if he though it was expensive he just would have walked away. as long as seller is not hiding anything about condition. Now the other side is I bought a van from a guy on here thats no longer in business he sold it to me knowing it still had finance still outstanding. van had issues tried to trade in but was unable because of the outstanding finance. I thought this guy was a friend -( this is why I did not do my checks. this guy was in a responsible position within our community and had everyone trust.

The van problem was so bad it was a total loss, not saying he know but I could have got something for it as a trade in on new van as they take any condition. and we talking about a few thousands here

from an accounting point of view equipment does not have much value with age, but if the equipment comes with a up to date database then its worth much more. Have it checked out for rust big time. I had a prowler in a new van and had rust issues on van in no time at all. because the water is coming from inside van it not picked up on mot as they check under van. wood floors hide it as well. not saying this deal has these issues just take care.

In my opinion The equipment is not worth over £5k that's putting the truckmount at a value of £2,500

don't know the value of the van.

Edward, I agree with Mike, £5 k is what I worked it to before I read Mikes post.
