The only one I have heard of for independents is Dirt busters in Kent.

I have never done their course so cn't comment on how good or bad it is.

Where abouts are you in the country???
Do you want a dip tank or steam clean them?
I have a dip tank I think it's much safer than steam cleaning them.
Gas or electric tank?
Caustic or non caustic?
These are a few questions you need to answer first

Then I would say dirt busters in Folkestone, they supply tanks and non caustic solutions.
Also the training unit has the majority of ovens that you would come across so you can remove and  strip them all down and put them back together.
Give Gavin a call.

John from ovenbrite you should find him in the general section as bravo20 if I remember right but you would be better posting on that section
