Hi

i have a question ,i have had a varistream for 6 months and started this morning cleaning the front of two houses everything was working ok went round the back and couldn,t get the pump to come on , the varistream had a flashing red light .
I switched the varistream on and off and still the same i knew the battery was fully charged as i charge it everynight but i put the spare battery on still the same ..... ???
Apologised to csm and said i would be back latter and popped home phoned williamson and they advised me to try a few things nothing changed so they asked me to send the varistream to them and they would have a look at it...
So i decided to just connect the pump to the battery and run it like that for now williamson said they would look at the varistream straightaway should have it back asap......

my question is where does the pressure switch wire go i assume it,s the power wire but thought i would check........

bit long winded this.....

on the bright side it,s rained heavy all afternoon so i havn,t lost much....

thanks

darren

Hello Darren

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your Varistream - we will get it back to you asap.

In answer to your question. Connect the red wire coming out of the back of the motor to one of the pressure switch connections. Then take another wire from the other pressure switch connection to your battery. The pressure switch should therefore be inbetween the motor and battery on the live wire.

I will chase our guys to get the Varistream sorted quickly for you.
