Builders cleans/sparkle cleans
« on: February 17, 2016, 08:02:31 pm »
Had a call yesterday from a cleaning firm, wanting me to help them out on some new build  Redrow? Houses.

When I asked how much they had in mind for each property she told me £35. This included washing of windows, fascia and gutter but wait for it ...........................insides too!

She couldn't even assure me that the builders clean was going to be done to a high standard, so there may have been cement and other builders debris all over the units.

I think somebody is living in cloud cuckoo land

I told her I'd do it for a day rate of £400 and she'd have I disagreeurance I'd get as many done as possible in the day.

Still waiting on a call  ;D

I would actually work my juts off, when on a day rate. Conservatively I told her between 5-7 a day. I'd expect to do more if they're not minging.
