Is about 6 weeks old and for the last week every time I turn it on the red brush light comes on and brush doesn't spin.....take off the brush plate and jiggle the brush and it works even when turning it off and on...but....go to next job and it does it again.
Any ideas.....I replaced the white brush with the slightly stiffer red brush.
I bought it from a very reputable company so if needs be I will ring, just wondered if there's a quick fix.

John, on these new machines the brush doesn't turn when the handle is in the upright position. The red light operates when the brush is spinning too fast. This is due to two things the main one being the height adjustment is set too high the other is the bristles on the brush are worn which shouldn't be the case in your instance.
