Suspended Ceiling Cleaning - Per SQM

Hello Guys

I am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone can give me some guidelines on a new service we have been asked to provide.

Suspended Ceiling Cleaning.

What would be the going rate for London on this.  Like carpet cleaning it would be done a SQM rate.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
