whether he s a "nice guy" or not his customer service is shocking.there is no way round it.its impossible to get hold of him most of the time.he doesnt answer his phone.wont reply to emails etc.
i had issues with some pole hose a while ago(ordered some very narrow hose that was too small).he eventually sent some other stuff once i sent the first lot back but it took ages.
the thing is we re all used to gardiners excellent customer service and most wfp companies dont even come close to the same level of service.
i also loved the aqua-daptor for a while but i had 2 of them shear off on the screw thread within weeks of each other.another just broke in half and fell apart as he tried to make it lighter and lighter.in the end after spending around £300 on them over the course of a few years i fitted a pole tap at brush end for a tenner and thats done me for nearly 2 years now!
