saphire upholstery tool problem
« on: January 30, 2016, 05:11:58 pm »
Hi guys. I have replaced the black perforated glide twice in the last week. Both have the same problem in that the centre hole and the one to the left and right of centre are not omitting any water. Difficult to view the perforations but from what I can see they are not blocked. Tested up to 400 psi but no joy.
Any Ideas.

Is their an inline filter on the hose connector that is blocked it will reduce flow but you will still show pressure at the machine.

I had a similar problem.
It turn out pump on machine was blocked a little.
I never noticed with wand and hand tool but it made a big difference on sapphire hand tool

There is a screen filter just after the male quick connect at the far end of the hose, it may be blocked.

It does that.. When you put it on the fabric it will draw it through the hole. Does on mine anyway.
