I would go back in first instance and insist on the re-wrap, the work is substandard , offering to just repair the issue areas is just not good enough and neither is the paltry money off, if your not satisfied it should then be a full refund

Really is poor customer service.

I found the design good . Two days travelling made the cost of them fitting it too much .

I think mine van has the best  wrap I have seen, maybe not the content :o but the actual layout is really good, I have a bird sat on the door the other animals perfectly fit, all of it is perfectly laid out to fit the design of the vehicle.

Also it is now 6yrs old and the colour are still extremely vibrant and have not faded, on other vans the I've had the vinyl starts to bubble out of the crease but this one is still perfect.

It was done by my next door neighbour who luckily has a wrapping company ( he does the wing & tail logos on all the Virgin Atlantic planes)

Cost me a grand cash if he did'nt know me he said it would have cost double.

I went to use them a while ago and deposited I think £50, but the design really wasn't to my liking and he didn't seem to understand the brief. I had to cancel their services in the end with  no refund obviously and so I ended up designing it myself and getting another company to do it (which ended up cheaper). I had to source the images which was no problem and then send them over where they put it all together. Been very very pleased with the ones I used.

I'm not saying they are a bad company because I really don't know, I personally just couldn't get on with them. However, I'm sure they do a great job as a fair few CC's have used them.

Have you heard back from them yet?

Kev would you mind sharing which company have you used for your lovely vehicle ?

Cheers

Hi Simon

Yes sure. I used Signs Express in Bedford - I believe they are a national franchise so might be near you? The wrap is slightly different, about a month after it was done I changed the side a little bit - to show a dirty carpet with a clean stripe and a wand. The original image didn't look quite right. They obliged and sorted it for me so now looks better than the image on my site.

The cost for the wrap was £676 + VAT.

Many thanks Kev. Might give them a ring. My design's going to cost fortune I am afraid!

Their portfolio seem to be promising. Especially the one done on trafic/vivaro for Volvo car parts specialists

i plan to once one of the vehicles have been re-wrapped. just realised they'd stuck everything about a foot lower on one side. really shoody tbh now i think of all these tiny issues and now this major issue i can't believe how it got past their inspection before it was even stuck on, how it was even printed this way as it's not what they even sent over.

just a quick update. They have given me a full refund for one of the vans which was decent of them as we both agreed there was no other good solution and this we were both happy with. They apologised for the mistakes and we've both also agreed the small scratch on the back would have already been there.
