what is this am i being coned by customer

I cleaned carpert p-prop looked great checked with customers the day after left great review 7day latter I get this pic say iv done something her carpert.is it possible iv could caused this.am new carpet cleaning been in training course.I could be wrong but on the pic look me like carpet been scrubbed am thinking she may spilt some?

Its right in front sofa.she Sai she seen it but thought was wet patch but still took 7daya get touch me witch thought strange

Has she moved the sofa. Possible dye bleed from sofa feet/blocks, did you place protectors underneath?

No the feet sofa is no were near were the stain was I cleaned behind sofa put straight back in place was so feet were no near the stain

Could be that there was a stain there to begin with but hidden then you extracted it away so you think an on drying it has 'wicked' back ,a good  customer relationship can be obtained if you go back.

I agree with Shaun. Go back, take your own photos but unless you know you've done it - don't take the blame.
A week has gone past, that is more than enough time for the customer to bring this to your attention and also enough time for them to have caused the stain. Usually if there is something wrong with a job the customer will get back in touch with you fairly rapidly, so it is a bit suspicious for that reason alone.
 So perhaps ask when they first noticed the stain.
You could also try to get it out which keeps everybody happy.
