Bad debtors
« on: November 09, 2015, 12:46:36 am »
Came across an old email suggesting I sue the company!

The company is Lifestyle Glass Design. Owner Ian Ross, also has Ross Consultancy.
I was fobbed of with stories of a heart attack, the wrong bank details were given and the accountant is away.
It was only £100.00 so I couldn't be bothered driving up there and I probably would have got myself into bother in the process.
Has anyone up Stirling way had any dealings with him.

Just used Thomas Higgins

Was pain free and very easy.

Setting up an account can take some time but worth it.

£42:00 debt turned into £174:00 for the customer.

Thanks for the reply's. I've  just registered with TH so I'll upload the documents tomorrow and see what happens.
I've got emails from the customer with the conservatory saying he's a liar and she had two years of grief with them.
Another thing is I actually paid someone to do most of the work, so it was a double dunt.

Hopefully it covers Scotland!
