I am guessing this can be used as a two section carbon fiber pole?

They have been designed just for use as a portable Microphone boom. They have a fixed alloy top screw so would not be able to have a hose going up the inside  :)

We now make the SLX8 poles for one of our overseas markets who really love the size.
