650 litre system and/or 3 seater van required

Due to a recent theft my stepdad is looking for a 650 litre water fed pole system and equipment and/or a 3 seater van, transit/vivaro/boxer or similar.

He would prefer on-board water production, e.g. 40-40 or merlin.
