I need a dehumidifier and airmover for my daughters place which has had water damage not covered by insurance,(the seal around the bath was broken so not covered) walls saturated skirtings, wooden floors etc.

I used to have tons of this stuff but sold it many years ago, typical. any way don't mind owning and keeping a bit now in reserve for 'emergency's

ASAP please I will pay for any transportation costs.

Why not simply rent one or buy a cheapo off Fleabay?..  If you have experience of drying out you will know the longer you delay the drying out process,  more damage will be caused  ??? ??? ???

It's apparent it's been ongoing for a while, two stud walls will need replacing as will skirting boards and re-plastering to one ceiling.
Yes I am pretty experienced in this field albeit sometime ago, I just thought I would buy some kit and keep hold of it but your right I should hire some in ASAP if none becomes available pretty quickly .
