Payment slips
« on: September 25, 2015, 09:37:58 am »
Hi

I'm looking at having some  payment slips designed , also looking at plugging additional services on the slip

Anyone else do this and would care to share ideas on design , size , layout etc.. ?

Or email some ideas to -  info@k2windowcleaning.co.uk

Appreciate it

Thanks
Paul

Yes I do and have a 1/6 or 1/4 size label which I can print myself which goes onto my Invoice which I use to connect with my customer. Pushing new services or what ever I would like to tell them. EG Request to update phone numbers, Gutter cleaning. Conservatory cleaning etc.

I just have a very basic design on my computer and print some off as needed.  2-up on an A4 sheet and guillotined.
One way to plug additional services could be to list all services with a tick box next to them.  When you leave your normal window cleaning bill, you just tick the box next to window cleaning and write the amount wherever you normally write it.
That way, you can show that you offer other services, but without appearing too pushy.

I can even include a picture and change the colour of the label  to attract attention. If my payment get a bit slow like this time of the year when folk are forking out for the summer holiday I have a pic of a chap begging for cash with my payment terms. It is quite funny and light hearted.
