I've got all sorts of pain.

One side of my body is over developed, due to using heavy poles from a previous employer.
I'm prone to injury's, so can't do any sports that involve twisting or sit for to long.

Now I have a personal trainer to correct my back, acupuncherest, chiropractor and I do yoga every morning and form roll.

Been going on for years, but the last 6 months I've been training my back up with my P.T and its going well.

Sounds like you need to buy a thumper  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkMq5tUdPRo
My mate ended up getting one after spending a fortune over the year as it's the same tool used by his chiropractor
I’ve had a few thumper sessions myself… Brilliant bit of kit

Cheers guys. That thumper looks good Smurf. Just had a look on the website and the thumper sport also looks very good. I may have to treat myself. I remember the days when I was injury free and my equipment cost me next to nothing... Someone pass me the bucket and ladder!  :D :D :D

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones Dazmond! Perhaps I used the CLX-27 for too long. Maybe for the first few months my posture wasn't great and that's what's caused my problems. I'm confident I use the pole in the correct way now, and have done for some time but it seems the damage has already been done!  :-\
Oh well, physio tonight and a SLX-18 arriving Monday, onwards and upwards!  ;D

Repetitive strain is caused more by short sharp movements so try do longer strokes. \Techneek plays a large roll in this matter.

:o we are talking about wfp issues, are you in the right forum? lmao
