Carpet glue removal.

Hi, I put this in the wrong place earlier, sorry!

I am looking for a product that will aid the removal of carpet adhesive from a carpet.
Client has managed to spray it on the carpet.

I am away at the mo, so I can't see what type of carpet it is. Could anybody point me in the right direction?
