Which gardiners brush for 1st clean?
« on: August 12, 2015, 10:53:27 am »
Hi all, iv got a clx 27, which gardiners brush is best for first cleans? iv got the medium mixed at the minute which I use for everything but find it doesn't have that good scrubbing power with baked on bird poo etc but it's good for monthly cleans

Cheers

I also use the Gardiners medium mixed dual trim and have no problems with first cleans. If the windows haven't been cleaned for a while I spray diluted virosol (1:10) on the ground floor sills/frames and for the first floor windows I spray diluted virosol onto the brush itself and scrub the frames/sills before switching the water on.

The first brush made by Gardener is still the best brush.

Won't it be a bit worn by now ?

Answer to the original is - the same brush as you'll use on the second, third and forth cleans.
