bonnett cleaning........
« on: June 25, 2015, 04:03:26 pm »
hi folks, ive got a few large commercial jobs coming up soon, a large care home with medium soiling carpet tiles and also a very large head office also carpet tiles,  i try to use hwe where possible as i like to see the crap going down the drain, but this wont be feasible on these sized jobs so i want to go in and bonnett them, ive used dynamal and found it fine, just wondering whether anybody can suggest anything else that is economical dilution wise, and effective on staining,  also want to leave a nice smell behind!  am i asking too much??  any suggestions???

Any powdered micro splitter for the economy. Boost it with any  sodium per carbonate product, you can buy this from Asda etc and a splash of your favourite deodoriser will be the most economical. That's what I used to do but why fanny about? Dynamall is cheap enough without all the bother.

I have found a light pre spray with multisolve where required followed by a bonnet clean using surround ultra £29.00 from Restormate will give you a great result along with a very fresh smell.

Never tried this stuff but at £54 for 15 litres it's certainly economical.

Here's the dilution rates

TBH though Tim I'd stick with what you know works for you....ie Dynamall (you said it yourself)

If you've priced it correctly Tim then why not use what you know works?

Try M power or nemesis (can't remember the new name is it bio clean?)

You may be pleasantly surprised at the results...

Most welcome Tim... I spent a few years bonnetting with M power and HD Microsplitters, all to very good effect..

there is more to bonnetting than encap..  :o :o

thats because bonneting is different to encap - encap you dont get lots of bonnets to wash!!

depends if you bonnet off the encap at the end doesn't it?

rather than relying on the custard to vac it... then them forgetting and saying that you don't finish the job....

Just sayin like. as not being very experienced in bonnetting  ::)roll
