IBC 's For Pure Water Purposes

Hello every one
Is an IBC for my garage, that has been previously used for Vinegar storage, suitable for my Pure Water Needs please???
Or, will it contaminate the water somehow please???

It will need a good wash out but once cleaned properly will be ok

If vinegar was stored in it then it'll be ideal as it'll be food grade, none will have leached in to the plaastic of the IBC.

thank you for replying both of you. I am to take it that all food grade IBC's are suitable.?? (I think they may be made of Polyethylene???)

If a rinse doesn't work, just put some cloves, bay and black pepper corns in it, then add onions. Pickletastic!
