I don't really see the forum like that tbh, if you say use UBIK and I say use virosol and the other used something else, it's just opinions. But I think 1 thing and another. 

Like Jakey boy the other week, 1 min he's posting regular then disappears then returns to have a rant and declare his dissatisfaction with the forum. 

Maybe sometimes people expect to much from the internet !

Jakey boy single handedly managed to p a fair few people off on here in one fowl swoop and just generally being a complete cock. A few good people including myself don't bother to help anybody on here anymore due to people like him!

Don't stop giving advise coz 1 individual has had a rant, I don't always agree with what people say so those that I think are talking utter garbage, simply ignore, but if I read a post where advise can be offered I am happy to help out.

That's how I see it any way.

K5's are a flow sensitive unloader valve rated to 200 bar - undo the retaining nut on the bolt in the top of the unloader and take that to and try it - set like that it is at FULL pressure which on a 202 should be quite high so please don't run it like that...

But it should give you a good idea of what is going on also as  above try using the hose and lance used on the other on the old one.

Milky oil only gives an indication of an oil seal leak and says nothing for the water seal kit - however once the above has been checked you are left with the fact that the engine RPM may be different between the two or that the water seals are on their way out, two years an a machine which is worked hard is not an unreasonable life span even on a GB machine.

Without sounding like a complete n*b, I said that the oil seals could "indicate" worn seals. Meaning that if the oil seals are leaking then that it would worth checking the water seals, I didn't want to say for him to strip down the head without knowing that the oil seals needed doing anyway.

P.S. my ego forced me to write this as I don't like the thought of being remotely wrong

Buy a pressure gauge, it makes it a lot easier to diagnose problems. You can buy a gauge and use QR fittings to make it easily removable.

For the chem side to work properly you need a High / low pressure head (rose Nozzle) it replaces the standard jet / nozzle holder and can be dropped to low pressure to pull chemical through. As a general rule most chem pick ups won't work on longer lengths of hose, it depends on the system to be perfectly honest.

There is a throttle set-up on the machines as well as governor adjustment which is used to set the machines initially, throttle springs do wear over time etc so this may be worth looking at too.

Pressure gauge wise do remember that you will only get your true pressure by putting a gauge direct into the head of the machine -  the result from a gauge placed after the unloader valve will be 20-30 Bar less

Ok, you have made a couple of interesting points, firstly, now I think about it I'm sure it hasn't the same amount of throttle as yours (is there a throttle stop on these that may work loose?) I don't have a pressure gauge but I have gone through adjusting the unloader by winding all the way in ( low pressure ) then winding out, the pressure increases until a bout 3/4 open then remains the same, the bolt can then unwind all the way out with no change so I presumed the valve is at max, so I wound it back it until I feel the bolt touch the valve then turned it in another 1/2 turn.
Both machines were using same age hose and turbo nozzles, although I didn't swap them over there's not a not of usage/age difference

Also Ben out of interest I've been told that a 'soap' nozzle is needed for the chemical  injector  to work is that correct?
