will be buying a pressure washer soon so will be glad of any help.will the winter kill it?if it gets below -0.any tips on how to &what to do as regard storage.please could you point me in the right direction as to what chemical to put down b4 pressure washing drives etc.any links please

Winter wise just make sure there is not water left inside the pump head to prevent freeze thaw.
Failing that keep it from freezing in a heated garage.

If the washer is portable just make sure the washer, hoses, fsc and lances etc are dranied down and not left outdoors or in your van (unless it's heated) so frost don't get to the kit.

If you have a garage/lockup store them in that and a simple solution is throw old winter tog rated double duvets over them and rap um up nice and warm.

I once left a telescopic pressure washer lance in my back garden over winter. Needless to say the trigger was fooked due to frost damage...Oops!

As long as the temp is just above freezing then why not? 
That job was just using cold water not hot water or steam so just shows you can still work in winter months if you are mad enough and don't mind the cold

If you've a petrol or diesel washer just buy some antifreeze and run some through it so there's antifreeze in all the pump and hoses. That'll protect it down to minus 20 or something.. All you need to do is empty it back into your antifreeze tub when you need to use it again ..

If your using an electric pressure washer, well, quite frankly you should be ashamed of yourself lol..
