So a few people interested in the customers I am selling have asked for more information.

Total number for sale = 66 houses. 28 are 12 weekly 38 are 6 weekly

Value of 6 weekly houses total £607 a cycle, £4,856.00 yearly value

Value of 12 weekly houses total £533 a cycle, £2,132.00 yearly value

Im asking 2x a clean for 6 weekly house and 1.5x a clean for the 12 weekly houses

Total asking price is £2000.00 - no  offers please as I feel thats a good price for nearly £7k of turnover.

Reason for selling.

We get most of customers from leaflet drops. The company we use to deliver them messed up and sent them to the wrong area. Since that area was just a bit further than we already go I thought we would give it a try. In the end we did not get enough of a response to justify the extra journey. So rather than continue to market the area in order to fill it out I have simply decided to leave the area. All the houses have been cleaned by us just once (and paid us) this is why im not looking for 3x a clean value ect. Any messers on the first clean were dropped and everyone else has paid. Anyone interested is welcome to come to my office and see what we have in more detail.

Added bonus -

1. even though we have completed the first clean and moved on in our rounds more from this area are still coming in (about 4 at this point). Rather than simply turn them away I will be happy to pass them for free to whoever buys the batch we have cleaned, this could end up being another 20 or 30 more by the end of the year.

2.We also have a handful of one off cleans in this area for gutters, drives and patios, con roofs ect which have not been done and will be included for free in the sale.

All of our work is well priced and I feel this lot would be a good addition to an already established round for a company based nearer than we are.
